Interesting clip! That plastic reed sounds pretty good to me. I'm interested in how these plastic reeds are constructed. Are they made in the same way as spanish cane reeds - from a tube of plastic rather than a tube of cane and working the plastic in the same way as with cane?

I'm not exactly sure how Malcolm does it, but I know that it's not from a tube of plastic. It seems to be a very different method all together.
