All issues from all years 1995-2006 have been posted. Issues from 1979-1994 are still pending as the copies get cleaned up and scanned. They will be posted as they become available.

Please note that prior to 1995, the number and timing of issues throughout the year was variable, with some years having more than others. Since 1995, there have been 4 quarterly issues every year.

This is an excellent resource. Many thanks to all concerned.

The Summer '99 file shows up twice; where it belongs, and again where the Summer 2000 file should be.

Would it be possible to concatenate the tables of contents for all issues into one listing, as a single forum post, or perhaps as a separate PDF? This would make it easier to search the contents of the files outside of the context of this forum.

Thanks again,
Jonathan

Thanks for catching that Jonathon - the correct file has been uploaded.

Per your suggestion, a summary document has been added to the "Welcome to the Piper's Review Archive, Please read first" thread. I have also attached it to this post .

A most excellent resource. A brilliant stroke of genius here Jeff!!! Thanks to Wally Charm, one of our more recently registered members (and, FYI, editor of The Piper's Review), for providing theses back issues!

I feel I need to clarify one thing regarding the Pipers' Review Archive as I don't think I was entirely clear in my previous message.

You must be an active subscriber to the Review (that is, a paid subscription to the Pipers' Review) to access the files.

www.uilleannforum.com itself is free and only the Pipers' Review Archive has limited access. Uilleannforum.com only serves as the host for the Pipers' Review Archive. You still have to subscribe to the Review in order to download the files.

Sorry for the confusion.

The years 1991 to 1994 inclusive have been added to the archive.

It should be noted that after 1994, all of the pdf's are native. Most of the issues before 1994, however, were produced on a typewriter or early word processor and thus the pdf's are scans of photocopies as most of the originals are no longer available. The quality of the reproductions available to me is reflected in the quality of the scans.

1989, 1990 added.

The first page editorial in the August 1989 issue is "interesting" to say the least. I wonder what the follow up was.......

NOTE: Issue 3 is missing from the archive, if you happen to have a copy, it would be most appreciated if you could forward it along

Edit: the missing issue has been found and added to the archive, 15 July 2005
