In April of 1974 the Rev. James MacKenzie of North Carolina started a newsletter called The Uilleann Piper. It is believed to be the first newsletter/publication dedicated to the uilleann pipes in the United States.

Included in the Pipers Review Archive is the complete first volume of 6 issues.

It is unknown if there were subsequent volumes or issues. Should you have knowledge of such, please let me know so that they can be added to this archive.
