Full Set 2011 Andreas Rogge Pipes for sale

My father purchased this set of Andreas Rogge bagpipes in 2010 and payed over $10,000 usd. After he bought them, he never once picked them up and learned to play them so this set has never been used. Recently they have came into my possession and I have no use for a set of pipes. I do not play or have an interest in learning. Not trying to offend anyone.
