Ian Mackenzie Practice set for sale! (aus)

Post by blakeh » Fri Jun 17, 2011 11:03 pm

I'm selling my practice set made by Ian Mackenzie made in 2010 (D set). It’s blackwood with imitation ivory and brass. The bellows and bag are black and it has a C natural key fittted.

It comes with a hard case, the art of uilleann piping DVD (volumes 1, 2 and 3), 3 spare reeds and a piece of leather for a popping strap. I also have a ball of quality cotton used to tighten the winding joints if necessary. The pipes have a beautiful sound and are in perfect new condition.

Total purchase price was $2400. Asking price is $2000 + shipping.

I’m near Maitland NSW if you want to pick it up yourself.
Cash on Delivery (can use PayPal, bank deposit, etc. if you want)

Hi Jock!

The original post is a number of years old, but I have various new practice sets available and am willing and able to ship sets to Australia. (I have a couple of sets out there already).

I am a pipemaker based in England, I have fully keyed Practice Sets in both the Taylor and Classic style, reeded and ready to go.

You are probably unable to respond to Private Messages yet, so if you would like more info please email me at:

glenmichaelhulme@tesco.net

and I can send photos and sound samples.

Best Regards.

Mike Hulme
