Can anyone identify this 1/2 set?

My pipes have no signature or stamps.
Can anyone identify who could have made them?
Would be Nice to know the origin of this instrument...

From plain in-mounted style, slim chanter and large barrel section almost certainly a Wilkinson/McCarthy made specifically for one of the following - Hobgoblin Music / Lark in the Morning / Walton's Music and will date from around 1978 to 1983
