Lessons in Sydney

Post by jmagronomo » Thu Nov 15, 2012 4:54 am

Hi everybody,

Mi name is Julian and I´ve just arrived in Sydney. I am waiting for my uilleann practice for february or march but I haven´t found any piper here in Sydney to make contact and see if I can take lessons. Does anybody know any piper in Sydney and around?

Thank you very much for your help,

Julian

Ian McKenzie lives a bit out of town up in the Blue Mountains area. His contact details are here http://www.pipers.ie/makerpage.asp?seq=54
I'm sure there are others too.

Best of luck.

Try the Gaelic club in Surrey Hills.
I believe they run a regular session and there are some pipers that drop in.
Good luck, Liam

Thanks Tommy, Liam & Eddie. I take your advise and i´ll try with those guys. I was away for a while and I´m still waiting for my pipes, looks that is getting hard to get a new set year by year.

Cheers,

Julian
