Anyone know whats happening with the pipers review archive? I am still waiting for my access clearance and the pipers club site is down.

Most likely The Plod (owner & operator of this board) is busy elsewhere and will get to your request as time permits. That's the problem with volunteers, you can't fire them. ;)

The Plod travels a lot with his job now and doesn't always get to check in as often as he would like. Check your status now.

Any idea if the 2011 and 2012 issues will be posted?

Banba,

Please send your details to michael@ballisticmusic.com. I will see if I can get you squared away.

We hope to have the website back up soon.

Thanks,

Michael

I hate to make this a public message but it seems as if I am having the same issue that others have had in the past. It has been quite some time since I requested access and I am starting to wonder if my PMs are not going through. Anyone know an alternative method of contacting the mods? Thanks in advance.

ok, so there were (are) twa problems here. I have a job that keeps me on the road most days, so not really checking in as often as I should... the other is that the board settings were set to 500 messages per inbox... I didn't realize I had hit my limit and that messages were being held back. I increased the limit to 1000 messages and the withheld messages cam through. I hope everyone is sorted out now. The archive is not quite up to date... heads up...

I believe there is an admin setting that will send you an email every time you receive a PM here at UF. I suggest you activate it so that no matter where you are on the road you will be able to receive notifications, access the board and respond accordingly. Surely the amount of activity here is small enough that this should not be a burden to you.

...international data charges on a phone are prohibitive... that and the fact that I was not getting the notifications because I had hit my upper limit...
