NEW TO PIPING PLEASE HELP!

Hi- ive been into uilleann pipes for years but recently desired to play. How would you recommend starting (maybe a practice kit?) and it would be nice to know a few good makers

hi, where are you based. if you're near to the nwup come along & take one of the loan sets to learn on. if there is a local piping club go along & get to know a few folks & try a few sets.

Some makers fairly local to you: Bruce Childress (Maine), Seth Gallagher (NY), Nick Whitmer (NY), Tim Benson (NY).
